Every time I left my room I could never get back in every single time I had to call or go to the front desk to see why I couldn’t get into my room. The front desk seem like he knew nothing and I had to wait on management which I never saw

Nothing was nice about this place. It smelled bad, had bugs, dirty furniture with what looks like a semen party. 0 stars do not recommend

I reserved two rooms. 1 king Efficiency and double queen room. The double queen room had visibly dirty bed spreads and a microwave that locked on us after heating up our food. The hotel staff came and took off the spreads, said they would send someone to make the beds and they never came back. The hotel clerk came to check the microwave and said they would bring a replacement and never came back. I went down the next morning to request a replacement and one was brought up to the room. My final complaint was I chose the hotel because Expedia said they had a pool. When I got there the pool was not in operation and had been closed for years. I feel that was very misleading.

The front desk attendant was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom, which was in unacceptable condition. I honestly did not feel comfortable using the amenities or even having breakfast at the hotel. The only positive aspects were the comfortable beds and the convenient location, with a Wawa nearby that made it easier to find food and necessities. Sadly, cleanliness is one of the most important parts of any hotel stay, and this property fell far below expectations.
