Had to leave for family emergency and stayed for 1 hour would not refund my stay and called and no one will work with me on getting a refund for at least one day of bot staying and a dead rat found next to our door

Plus: staff helpful, AC works good, hotel shuttle was helpful and seamless. Just okay: breakfast is so-so Negative: Had to ask for help opening the door 3x. Elevators don’t work. Difficult if traveling with family especially with small children and luggages. We’re at the 4th floor. Pool, fitness center and laundry are all out of order. Would have never booked if fully disclosed in the description. Hotel needs upgrade badly. The hallway is carpeting is very dirty and walls. Smell is awful. Rooms: we requested the linens and pillowcases to be replaced immediately as they are stained, dirty and smelly. My 8yo pointed this out and refused to use the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned. I stepped on a plastic razor cover. I had to wipe down the shower prior to use. Would not recommend or not booked this hotel again.

The bed was clean. However the carpet could have been cleaner. The bathroom door was hard to open/close do to how it fit in the frame.

This hotel is mainly for when you miss a flight or it was canceled. I have to say for the price and quality of bed, IT WAS GREAT.

Good, clean spot for Denver airport. We did not use shuttle as we had a rental car but it is available and is good information for future trips.
