I booked the King room with the whirlpool tub months ago. Also ask for an early check-in as being a 100% disabled Veteran. When we arrive at the hotel, they tell us Hotels.com overbooked and the room wasn’t available for us. We had a group of well over 15 people staying at that hotel. So we got a king room but with no whirlpool tub in the room. Was charged for it when I asked about that. They said there’s nothing they can do. They didn’t come to our rooms to give us new tiles or anything we had to ask the night of our second day. Our friends room smelled like dog pee when there’s no animals allowed but yet there was animals in the hallway. The hallway smelled like rotten tuna fish that had been left out. I would like a little refund for paying for something that I didn’t get.

We stayed here because the other two hotels in town were booked up. The first night, we were in a room that was very smoky. Thank you! The next morning, we had plumbing issues and they have no maintenance staff on property, but they found another room for us. The next room was much less smoky. But, the sheets had holes in them. The breakfast was ok. There is NO elevator. The stairs looked like they have never been vacuumed with chunks of mud and debris. The staff was nice.

Multiple concerns. Outdoor pool closed (not mentioned online or by staff on arrival). Bugs crawling in bathroom especially noticed at night, I killed several. Hot breakfast advertised wasn’t hot it was barely warm & didn’t even have bagels or bread plus it was the exact same menu & barely warm food every morning we were there. Unfortunately I wouldn stay here again.
