Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Room suited our needs well. However the elevator was nonfunctional our whole stay despite repeated assurances that it would be fixed "tomorrow".

Everything was good except elevators were down during our entire stay so we had to manually get large bags up two flights of stairs!

Room smelled stale. Carpet was damp. Breakfast room and lobby clean.

Hotel location was good, but it was sooo poorly maintained: dusty room, stained wrinkled sheets even after requesting sheets change. I would stay somewhere else next time.

They were able to accommodate us with no notice. We were at another hotel (awful) and only stayed for one night of our 4 night reservation. The woman at the front desk (we think she was the mgr.) was so welcoming and helpful with tips on exploring the area. We would definitely go back there. We are staying at another Quality Inn tonight.
