Worst hotel experience ever! Not only did Quality Inn cancel reservation after 2 nights without explanation despite confirmation for 4 nights, the condition of the room and lack of any amenities left a lot to be desired: - No shampoo or conditioner in the empty dispensers in the shower - No coat hangers - No hair dryer - A roach on the wall - Thread bare scratchy towels - No Kleenex - Faucet was broken and tipped over into the sink - No forks in the breakfast room (none on the second day either even after request; had to eat my waffles with a spoon both days) - No paper napkins My elderly husband (81) was unexpectedly told he had 1 hour to vacate room or be charged a late fee. Since i was at a conference he had to quickly find another place to stay, pack up all our belongings by himself and move out in the rain. Hotel was in error about the reservation. Hotels.com confirmed with Quality Inn we did indeed have a reservation for 4 nights. Quality Inn offered no apology, much less compensation, for the trauma they unnecessarily caused an elderly guest.

I definitely would not recommend this location unless they did a full remodel. It was dirty. There were bugs. The pool was unusable. There were cigarette burns on the bedding, pillows were lumpy asked if we could get another one. The only one they had left was one that had black mold all over it.The trash on the outside Was just overflowing. The room we stayed in smelled like a combination of cat urine and antiseptic. Price was very high for the quality of the hotel. there is so much more that I could list.

This hotel need to completely close down until they finish those so called renovations….. the water pressure was horrible …..the shower leaks really bad and it has a bug infestation

The hotel was not renovated like it stated. My room had a bullet wound in the window. The carpet was dirty and soiled. The lining and towels/rags were soiled and dirty. The room has bad lighting. The TV did not work. I want a refund.
