I attend conferences at a nearby resort that is quite pricey. I choose to stay here because it’s 5 miles away, more than half the price of the resort yet has some great features like the hit breakfast bar, salt water pool and bar/restaurant attached.

We stayed at the Quality Inn Old Saybrook-Westbrook for two nights, September 25–27, 2026, in two rooms while in town for a wedding. Everything was great, especially with a nor'easter going on during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was nice, and the location worked perfectly for us. There was plenty of parking too. The staff really stood out. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to Lei and Jennifer at the front desk. They were so welcoming and made us feel well taken care of the whole time. It was a really pleasant stay, and we’d definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.
