The room was very clean, updated, and comfortable! Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was hot and had many options. It was a quiet, relaxing, comfortable stay!

Staff was great and room was clean. However, whoever they got to do the remodeling needs to learn carpentry. The door was crooked and wouldn’t close right.

After we checked in and went to room I went to open door and was meet with a foreigner I assumed because he couldn't speak English. He cut in front of me and I ask him if it was his room and he shook his head yes. I stood there confused. After a few seconds he took keys and opened door. Than I was very mad. How could they do this to us. Than he procced to frig to get his beer out and left. I than went to office and told manager what happened. He than took me outside and said was that the man and said he is our housekeeper. What! A drunken housekeeper that scared the hell out of me. No apology. Just walked away. So went back to room and canceled our return stay. Now you want to punish us with paying for something of this matter. Will never ever use this very bad booking agency. Sure will let others know. Maybe better business bureau.

Room was clean, AC worked well, staff helpful and breakfast not bad. Location worked well for me, lots of restaurants nearby.

Hotel was short staffed upon check-in but that is to be expected in today’s job market. Front desk assistant was very nice and allowed us to check-in an hour early. Room was better than expected as they have recently updated the entire hotel with all new facilities. Only issue we found during our stay was the toilet was loose and wobbly. I let the front desk know upon check out.
