Everything mad everyone was very very good , had a very good 10 day in Pyramisa and I do recommend this hotel if you in Luxor I didn’t have any problems, whole time was a pleasure . Breakfast very good as well but small suggestion … increase amount of fruits and reduce amount of pastry Besides this all good , coming back again next year

Enjoy my stay at the hotel and the personnel was great and enjoyed the conversations and options. The restaurant meal options was good and also the tour guide was great which was recommended to us by the limousine tour and they were able to provide us great places to visit and learn about the history.

The air conditioner in both of the rooms we upgraded to were not working. I decided to stay at the second room only because I had paid for an upgraded room with a view of the Nile. The transportation service available on-site was Amazing, Thank you to Abdul and our driver Doxy. Very helpful.

The resort was awesomely maintained and kept beautiful, the pools were very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful towards our stay, the room service is also good.

My stay here at this hotel was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay here. The transportation manager was very nice and friendly as well and helped us out each day making arrangements for ride and even sailing. Abdul was extremely helpful and made our visit simple and easy. I will definitely be coming back.
