Simply avoid this property. Unable to plug in phone charger due to counter top placement and room 44 situated around 8ft away from a busy road junction. No Air conditioning but opening the window allows you to hear the radio playing in peoples cars. Asked to move room on check in but was refused!!!!! Simply Avoid!!!!

Pluses: Welcoming chatty receptionist. Bath nice warm water (but plug very difficult to remove.) Good sized room with very comfortable bed and duvet. Minuses: Room was cold, heater wouldn't work despite receptionist's effort. Empty soap dispenser. Cold water sink tap too stiff to be able to operate. Quite a bit of varnishing in disrepair. No USB charging point, remember to take a UK adapter! I couldn't face going downstairs again in order to complain but I would return despite all the faults. Had a good night's sleep.

The room had long hairs in the bath and on the bedding so closer attention whilst cleaning
