We were on holiday in Mallorca the other side and decided to spend a last minute night in soller … so glad we chose this hotel. Was perfect for a quick stop, lovely views and thought it was really reasonably priced. Would stay again and recommend

My stay started well, but unfortunately it was completely overshadowed by my experience with one front desk staff member. On two separate occasions, this staff was condescending, hostile, and unprofessional. At checkout, I was publicly spoken to in an aggressive manner. It was an embarrassing and unacceptable experience that left me feeling humiliated. Housekeeping also fell below expectations, with toiletries not being replenished and cleaning supplies left in our room. It’s a shame because the hotel itself has potential, but customer service is just as important as the facilities. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to staff professionalism.

Breakfast arrangements were frustrating, no tables set on the terrace for guests of 4. Thanks to Sandra for ‘breaking the rules’ to accommodate during our 4 night stay. Bar had limited scope of beverages; no Lemoncello (although available in mini bar!!), no Port. Overall a good hotel and amazing views. Will stay again, although most hotels are excellent in Port de Soller.

Breakfast options were very good with a choice of having a freshly cooked omelette, pancakes or eggs Benedict. We had room number one which had an amazing stunning view of the beach however slightly noisy in the morning with the deliveries.
