a/c was leaking onto our honeymoon floor; was harassed by people selling things, not positive attitude staff

We had a great 4-day stay. Plenty to do and the food choice and quality were generally very good. Security patrol the site but our ground floor room had a patio door that didn’t lock so we took care to keep valuables in the safe. The gym is ok but the cardio equipment needs a refresh. Spa was relaxing. This adults only resort was not crowded when we visited, in contrast to the neighboring affiliated resorts which were slammed during a school vacation week. We would definitely consider coming back.

Indeed we had a good time, the overall property was ok, except the room’s a/c was noisy but we decided not to request room change to avoid further inconvenience. The staff was good, except the towel’s department guy was a bit moody, the animation team was very good, kudos to “Mileni” she was very pleasant, and professional. Also, the Snack bar was awesome. Again, Thank you for your services.
