Breakfast service not great, staff look miserable, waited ages for tea and coffee order, and quality of breakfast was ok but nothing outstanding.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast. Shame the staff didn’t recognise my Dad’s birthday as stated on the booking or the fact I required none feather bedding due to an allergy.

Excellent location to explore Liverpool. Short walk to the Albert Docks. Lovely to have a hotel with no passing traffic so no road noise. Great view over the river

The location was tops! Right beside Albert Dock with a variety of good restaurants and places from which to get tickets for many tourist attractions. Also, the Beatles Story was there for a nice visit. We were lucky that the M&S Arena was right in front of our hotel, which was very convenient to see the Andre Rieu show, which was why we went to Liverpool from Puerto Rico.

The hotel was superb. It was the parking that was the issue . We parked in the kings docks car park , we had our ticket validated by the hotel but was charged £28 twice . So I 48 hour stay cost us £56 in parking. I have contacted the car park company but have had no response or refund
