Good place especially since it has the swimming beach. Pool was nice too. Buffet was ok- unfortunately a lot of flies. Other resort we shuttled to did not have the fly issue and a little higher end. Overall about what expected for price.

Everything was great. Just a heads up no washer and dryer in the units. Room service will do it for a small fee and will get it back same day if turned in by 11am Our family loves Pueblo Bonito Rose, right on Medano Beach

The resort was beautiful, staff were kind and helpful. The beach access was amazing. The food does get a little repetitive but there are many great options on the sister property as well that is literally next door.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and the hotel landscape is kept up. In my hotel room a roach would appear every day. I killed them. The tub in one of the bathrooms gets plugged up. The top bedding blankets on one of the beds was dirty and stained. The resort was also kid friendly which is ok but I am use to staying at an all adult resort.
