The location was perfect, close to Westfield Manukau. The staff were friendly, and the room was big enough for 3 of us. It had a kitchen, and the amenities suited our needs.

Everything was amazing. Excellent service. Daily house keeping service was awesome. Rooms were very clean. I love to stay with them. Very convenient for shopping and food. I will recommend my friends and family's. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

We have been staying at this venue over past 15 years have the price has become far too expensive for what you are getting rooms are becoming dated some of the carpets are dirty and stained tv streaming / internet connection constantly cuts out will be looking at alternatives for next booking

We have been staying at this venue for past 15 years but have price is very high in room tv and internet cuts out constantly when streaming this has happened every time we have stayed in the last 2 years also the rooms are becoming dated have started to look elsewhere

All in one, great place to stay. TV is very hard to set up, maybe they can automatically connect the internet since you check in already for easy access.
