It can accommodate 2 people + 1 baby/toddler (max. 3 years) who can sleep in a travel folding bed. In no case we can accommodate 3 adults or a family with a child over 3 years which can not sleep in a travel cot.It has a 21m² living/dining room with double sofa bed with open kitchen and direct access to the balcony and garden.We have in this building other 4-person studios (24 m²) and 2-3-person studios (21 m²) so you can travel as a family or with friends and still have everyone's intimacy. Please note that we can only accommodate 2 adults + 1 baby/toddler in the 2/3 person apartment as the studios do not have enough space for 3 adults. You can also find our other studios here on the website.For your baby/toddler please bring a travel cot or ask us if we have one available, which we will provide free of charge.In addition, all apartments have a bathroom with tub, shower and toilet.Of course they are equipped with TV and internet. Smoking is of course allowed on the terrace.Well-behaved, non-barking and non-biting dogs are also welcome upon request (please be sure to specify breed and size) . (Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the residence).The residence is located in the west of Nice in the upscale and green district of Fabron only 400 m from the 5 km long beach of the Promenade des Anglais. All shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy ect.) are within 200 to 500 m distance. A bus stop is practically directly in front of the residence.Arrival from 14.00 - 18.00 (Monday to Saturday). Departure from 08.00. After 18.00 or before 08.00, as well as on Sundays/holidays, we will not be able to receive you/see you off. (We have a concierge service for this, who will receive/see you off between 18:00 and 20:00 for an extra charge of 30,00 Euro, between 20:00 and 22:00 for 50,00 Euro, if you leave before 08:00 30,00 Euro and arrival and departure on Sunday/holiday 30,00 Euro each). Arrival after 22:00 only in exceptional cases 70,00 EuroThe guest leaves the apartment completely cleaned and in the same condition as on arrival if he has not booked final cleaning.
