My second stay here, it is everything I need when travelling, clean, spacious, well equipped, and so close to Rotterdam Centraal that getting around is very easy.

Stayed for 3 nights with my teenage nephew. Happy with the set up of the room for his and my privacy. Only problem was that there wasn’t a fridge.

Check out was a bit annoying when the receptionist gave me the wrong invoice from another room than the one I was staying. Not a big deal, she sorted it out after I pointed the issue.

The room only have hand wash without the body wash, and the staff didn’t help me anymore.

My stay went well except I asked the reception to check my TV connection because the Channels for football were not working properly. That request was not honored.

The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again.
