This was a wonderful stay! The concierge service was impeccable and the housekeeping services were wonderful! Truly a lovely experience, our favorite spot we’ve stayed in Florence.

We would definitely stay here again! Perfect location close to the Santa Croce Church where Michelangelo is buried. Tons of great spots to eat! Our favorite restaurant was Boccadama...the best bruschetta and spaghetti bolognese ever! The staff was very attentive from check-in to check-out. The concierge was so helpful and our room was huge, nice for 3 adults with stools for our luggage!! They had laundry service as well that we took advantage of!

I had a fantastic stay at Plaza Hotel Lucchesi. The hotel is beautiful, the location along the Arno is excellent, and my room was comfortable with a wonderful view of Florence. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with incredible views over the city and a perfect atmosphere for relaxing with a drink in the evening. The staff were also warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A beautiful hotel in an amazing city, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Florence!

What a great location and a very nice hotel. The breakfast vad so fresh and good, very good coffee 🙌. Social areas are perfect. The only things was the pool, it is not a pool for relaxing, more like child pool. The only thing we were looking for was cold water. It had been nice to get new bottles of water in the room ( we had over 40 degrees during daytime) and water in the social area /reception. Small things but so valuable for the guest. We would love to stay there again.

Loved the rooms but the rooftop was so crowded and quite hot. Also, you cannot swim after 6 pm. It is officially a restaurant/bar then that you HAVE TO book in advance for. It would have been nice to just sit up top and enjoy a sunset but you cannot unless you have booked up there. Lots of rules. And, sometimes it can booked out.
