Bedding had dirt marks. Bathroom was in need of a little bit of attention. Mould/dirt growing in the windows and around the frames. Staff were very unhelpful asked for a glass of wine he got out a bottle and made opened it despite me saying no I didn't want a bottle then proceeded to make me pay for it despite saying I didn't want it before he opened it.

Highly recommend. Excellent selection of breakfast options. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good amenities available such as lift, swimming pool, gym, souvenir store, ATM machine and agency tour available at reception.

The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and is about 20 minutes drive to Brazil and Argentina border in Iguaçu. It is also 20 minutes from the airport. Hotel staff is very courteous and responsive, responded to my questions in Expedia promptly. The hotel also arranged complimentary airport pickup service for us. The airport pickup service needs to be requested 72 hours before arrival.

It is in a central location, rooms are nicely made and very clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is good with many options. The room needed better air flow and felt a bit stuffy.
