Central location to many beaches, supermarket and restaurants! House is well stocked and clean with very thoughtful things like extra towels, beach coolers, floats and more!

1.pool unused due to nightly poop, wild animals attracted to water leave feces on pool deck in water and yard2. could not sleep barking dogs, excessive bright security lights, shine inside as well as outside. Afraid to turn off 3. No walking to beach, property manager reported unsafe. She was correct. 4. Must turn off AC when not at property per Host in welcome book, or face additional charges if units freeze up and require repairs. 5. Three bedroom house with 19 gallon electric water heater 6. Unless rented single small car, you will park on street behind gate along with several abandoned cars with 4 flat tires on street. 7 . Nice interior just like pictures, will post my pictures if permitted by Vrbo and host, which document all above is true not just unfavorable comments 8. If you do not see 6 photos which document items above beware of rental9. Rented for week just wanted out, looked for other lodging after 2 days and rude calls with host. Cannot explain number of 10/10 reviews, question children swimming in pool - health issues THIS is far from Paradise

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Karen’s place. Karen is a wonderful & communicative host who takes great care of the property. The decor & property are beautiful & Karen’s artwork & flare are displayed throughout. We absolutely loved coming back from the beach &/or our island adventures & relaxing by the pool. The location is just a few minutes drive to Eagle Beach & near many fabulous restaurants. We look forward to returning!

Great location. Close to Eagle beach, to gas station, good food stores and restaurants.Clean house, garage and yard with pool. Very helpful washer and dryer. In the garage there are beach chairs, coolers. Three TV sets with numerous channels, YuoTube, Netflix,…The owner maintains the property nicely.The Aruba Home Minders (Judy of course, and Anne) are very patient and friendly, and REALLY helpful!During this April we enjoyed the villa once again.Thank you!

We loved this property! My family of 5 were all very comfortable at this property and it had everything we needed in the kitchen, pool floats, beach chairs, etc. My teenagers enjoyed playing ping pong as well. Grocery stores are very close and it is foot friendly to the beach once we found a good route. Area was safe and secure. It was nice to see the owner’s art throughout the property.
