Overall, the hotel experience was really good. The rooms were clean, the food was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The animation team was also very energetic and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. The only negative point for me was the entertainment program. There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all. When I asked about playing Arabic music, I was told that it was not allowed, which was honestly disappointing, especially for Arabic guests who would enjoy hearing some familiar music and culture during the evening entertainment.

First of all i want to thank you Columbus Cafe workers. They were great and kind. But other guys (specialy reception) are not nice. They dont helping you. There is an information about Shuttle to Airport. But there is no any shuttle bus. They sending you a taxi guide directly. And be ready to pay euros. Every workers asking “where are you from?” and then they wants same thing. It was like a tipday. An advice; if you want to buy something for gifts, go to Cleopatra Bazar. They are so kind and not disturbing you. P.S: Uber is not working. Dont use it. Keep EGP and bargain everytime! It was my first vacation in Egypt, but im sure its last!
