Phoenix B&B is a lovely little place to stay in Derry! The rooms are decently sized and cutely decorated. We loved how homey it felt. The owners kept us informed and answered any questions we had promptly via message which was much appreciated! Shower was hot and there was even a kitchen downstairs, which is quite convenient

Really lovely stay here, property had everything you could need! Had a minor room issue at the beginning but the owner/manager was so helpful and it was sorted immediately! Pleasure to deal with! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

I like the kitchen to make your breakfast and dinner. Quiet location but close to the central town.
