Staff friendly and helpful, beds and pillows fabulous, breakfast great. Only problem was that we were on floor one overlooking main walkway very noisy until around 12am with loud people passing. Very good location.

Great stay. Easy check in, pre-filled the check in before arriving which made check-in quicker. The room was clean, a good size, had kettle with tea/coffee. Shower was large and had good pressure, water was hot. Location is excellent, quiet but walking distance to all the main attractions. Shop next door for all the essentials, coffee shop, bars and restaurants around the corner. Coffee machine in reception available and free in the day after breakfast service.

Petit Palace Plaza de la Reina Hotel, from the moment I walk into the hotel I felt at ease and a home from home. I was warmly greeted by Eva at the main reception. Eva, made the check in process quick and simple. Plus managed to arrange a room change, when I asked if our room had a balcony/terrace. I asked if Eva could help with booking dinner reservations for our first evening and our second evening. When I gave the names of the restaurants to Eva. Eva, asked what type of experience we wanted and I said good food with a local feel. Eva proceeded to make a couple of suggestions, I asked Eva to make reservations for us. Both restaurants, were amazing. Also helped when I needed to know bus numbers to get to certain points in the city. On meeting Sandy who was on main reception the next morning, again Sandy was very welcoming helpful and knowledgeable. Every member of staff that we encountered were polite welcoming and made our stay very amazing. Again, I would like to praise Eva for her kindness and helpfulness and also Sandy who are both the credit and a great asset to the Hotel. I have travelled a lot around the world and Eva and Sandy are two of the best front of house people I have met and enjoyed speaking too. Both myself and Lorraine, are thinking of coming back to stay at the hotel. Due to the staff who amazing. Thank you for making our first visit to Valencia so great. Kim
