Penmorvah staff are very good at dealing with patrons who have allergies, especially those with gluten allergies. The food is excellent!

The hotel was ok rooms were nice and clean, tv would be better mounted on the wall and to be bigger as a personal preference. bathroom nice and modern. the main dining room was a bit dated. first morning breakfast was a bit poor as several guest had to wait some time for the hot buffet to be topped up. when it did arrive sausages were not cooked and needed to be returned. after that it was ok. older waiting staff member was a bit abrupt at times. if they want people to sit at a certain table this should be pointed out on entering the room and not asked to change once seated. The gardens and the view were lovely and the hotel was very welcoming of dogs. plenty of parking space. our stay was ok but I will not be going back.

A very nice hotel: well maintained, if a little dated. My room was large and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. There was plenty of parking. I would happily stay there again.

Excellent location for a long stay or stopover nr Falmouth. You can walk to 2 beaches…you don’t have to be super fit but it is quite difficult walking back up those hills!!. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and had a lovely meal….the food was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Breakfast was good but not a huge selection…again nicely cooked! The staff were very friendly and chatty. The building itself is beautiful but the interior needs an upgrade but that really did add to its charm. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay in the peace and quiet and would not hesitate to return one day.
