The room was good. The cleaning staff was not aligned. Some did more than others. The pool and the hot tub were excellent. The breakfast was continental breakfast. Coffee, orange juice, pastries. Very secure needed code access to get back into the hotel after hours.

First time and I was very happy with the location, the bed and pillow was comfortable, towels, sheets clean. I will definitely be booking again.

I’ve been there multiple times. I noticed staff like any Hotel. It has issues but it’s well worth the money for the location.

I guess you get what you’re willing to pay. This hotel is located across the street from an after-hours bar that played loud music until 3:30 AM and loud patrons lingered around until after 4am. Then you have to deal with the ninja motorcyclists rimming their engines till 5 AM in the morning. Then, at 6 AM the truck deliveries start happening.

Hotel was an interesting shape but after we found our room it was a very good experience. Pool and hot tub clean. Also a nice place to watch the crowds on Duval St. don’t expect too much from breakfast just cereal, yogurt and oranges
