We got a room right in front of the lift. Little did we know that it would make noise constantly. It was full-on with the sounds of the lift system coming up and down. there is no window in the first room, making the apartment very dark, and all we can see from our window just a few of tall buildings. The great things about this hotel are the pool and the location, and the apartment also got cleaned every day. But apart from these points, this hotel won't be our first choice.

The hotel was in a great location and our apartment was well sized, with 2 good size bedrooms. The thing that let us down was the bedding was very uncomfortable and noisy, and the lounge was lumpy and uncomfortable as well, maybe it’s time for a furniture refresh.

Check in friendly and quick. Place looks run down and dirty. Dirty carpet in the bedroom. Stains on the window blinds. Would not go here again. Looks better on the photos

We stayed at the Pegasus Apart’Hotel and were really impressed. The location was ideal, the room was excellent, and having a pool, spa, and breakfast included made the stay even better. Queen Victoria Market was just a short 5‑minute walk, and Bourke Street Mall was an easy 15‑minute stro
