This has been our go to hotel everytime we come to KL. However it was a disappointing stay this time. The first room that we have been given had a bug flying around the room and the sewerage smell from the bathroom was unbearable. We asked for a change of room but no one picked up the phone. After multiple tries, finally someone answered but transferred us to another line which again no one answered. We called back and the operator hung up on us! We had to go down to the front counter twice before we managed to get a room change. Another negative aspect about this hotel is that the walls between rooms are extremely not sound proof so you will keep hearing your neighbours going in and out of their rooms and footsteps along the corridor. We will need to look for another hotel next time we visit KL.

Stayed in the club collection. Wonderful range of food in the afternoon. Breakfast quiet and relaxing. Pool out of action during our stay.
