Second time stayed here, excellent location for sightseeing in London- room comfortable, but like most rooms in hotel - very dark as windows face into centre of building

Absolutely unacceptable service at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. Our room was not cleaned for four consecutive days, despite us calling and requesting housekeeping every single morning. We repeatedly had to ask for a basic service that should never have required this much effort. To make matters worse, we ran out of fresh towels, tissues, and hand soap, and were left sleeping on dirty sheets for four days. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and price point. Housekeeping is a basic expectation, not a luxury. Having to chase the hotel every day just to get the room cleaned, with no proper resolution, seriously affected our stay. The location may be convenient, but good service and basic cleanliness are non-negotiable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel. We expected much better and left extremely disappointed.

The pool was lovely although quite busy in the mornings, a nice idea if you don't require room service to give you a reward £10 voucher, bottle of wine etc

Nice hotel, in a very good location. BUT... As soon as we arrived, we were told we would find complimentary water and coffee in the room. There was nothing there. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom; the dispensers were empty. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. On our last night, we ordered food by room service. We were told the wait time would be 30 to 40 minutes. After 70 minutes, I called to check on the order. We finally got to eat it after another 10 minutes. As an apology, they offered us a bottle of wine... which never arrived. Finally they have to be more careful with their customers.

Location of the hotel is right across from the London Eye and Big Bend. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Bed was very comfortable, rooms are spacious.
