The hotel’s ambiance and location were excellent, but unfortunately, my family and I had a very uncomfortable and restless night. The AC kept shutting down, causing us to wake up sweating throughout the night. It completely ruined our comfort and overall experience. A good location and atmosphere mean nothing if guests cannot get a decent night’s sleep. We are very disappointed and will not be staying at this hotel again

Very dark in communal areas. Lots of staff standing around chatting at breakfast. Average food.

We were not a fan of this hotel. The hair dryer didn’t work. We didn’t have conditioner. Our door did not work between our bathroom and shower. I got stuck in the shower. We got room keys and they didn’t work. Had to go back multiple times.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance to Westminster Bridge and Lambeth North tube station. It is modern and well maintained, my room was fairly large and clean. I liked how the light switches and window blinds were centrally operated from a single control panel, located in three different parts of the room. The robe and slippers also added to the homely feel. The swimming pool wasn’t too cold. All the staff were very professional and helpful but Dennis and Stephen at the Concierge desk deserve a special mention - they both were more than helpful in suggesting and booking tours, nothing was too much trouble for them. Also in the restaurant at breakfast there was a Polish/Russian (?) waitress with long black hair who made me feel especially welcome with her friendly manner and warm smile. These three employees especially helped make the hotel feel like a second home.

The service from the employees were great. We were not content with our room due to noises. We asked for a quite room but was closer to the ground floor and disturbed our first night of sleep. We addressed the issue and the employees immediately solved the situation.

New check in process using terminal is challenging as you need a lot more information that just turning up at the desk for check in. Apart from that great location, very quiet and excellent room. Appreciated the room upgrade as well!
