The first reminder is assigned was quite dirty with bits all over the carpet and dust on the surfaces, I was put in another room as an upgrade but it was still very dingy with gum worked into the rug, et cetera. Check in and check out seem to take extraordinarily long, but the staff were very friendly and clearly trying to be helpful. The hallways are very dark and the common spaces are not inviting, so this is not a place you really wanna hang out. The steam room in the Sauna are nice and the gym is decent. Overall, the value for money was very poor and I was quite disappointed. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was a notable downer.

I booked the Deluxe King room, but when I got there, my bed was Queen size and the room was smalle than the photos when we booked, my family came to the reception to ask them, they said the size in UK is different to Us. We were so tired to fight with them so we just accepted it. The manager even didn’t come out to solve it. Never be back again.
