All the rooms have excellent views out over Leeds, all public spaces are clean, curated and comfortable. The location near the train station and the main city thoroughfares is perfect for a night out or a short break. We didn’t have breakfast this time (our choice) but from previous experience we would recommend including this in your stay.

For convenience & price this hotel is hard to beat. Our room was average but clean and spacious with a great city view. Will definitely return 👍

Reception was ok upon arrival although the presentation of the staff left a little to be desired. Only two lifts were working and it took ages for anyone to get anywhere because of this. Rooms were generally OK but were a bit tired and needed a refurb (holes in net curtains etc). Liked the eco idea that if staying more than one night you got a drinks voucher in exchange for not getting room cleaned.
