The worst ever hotel. Always traveling and been to Berlin more than 10 times for business, and Park In By Radisson Alexanderplatz was by far the WORST hotel ever. 1. Reception staff: super unfriendly and racist. Been insisting that they cannot find my booking, and once they found it, insisted again that I did not pay for my room. No matter how many times I told them that it has been paid, they only looked at their system and repeatedly said that it's not been paid and wanted me to pay again. I've shown them my receipt but they did not even trust the receipt and kept saying that it's not been paid. It was only after I raised my voice and connected with expedia agent that they called somewhere (someone in the hotel that manages the system?) and confirmed that my rooms have been PAID as I explained multiple times. But there was no sorry, no apologies for the whole thing. 2. When the reception staff finally gave me the key, it didnt even work on the elevator. Had to drag all my luggage and line up again at the reception just to get my keys work. Again, no apologies or whatsoever for the inconvenience and waste of my time. 3. Cleaning + reception: On the checkout date, cleaning ladies were banging my door and barging into my room at 9:40am and said that they thought I had checked out because it was my checkout day. Checkout is 12pm. 4. They charge you 2 euros per bag even if you are the guest and the old guy at the bag room was also very rude. A lot more issues but cant write m

I was only in the hotel for 1 evening. Arriving at 7pm and departing at 8am. The hotel is my preferred option in Berlin due to its proximity to the Alexanderplatz station and direct link to the airport. The room allocated as a good size for a single occupant. The bed was really comfortable and the clean warm and clean. There was coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with lots of hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The WiFi signal was very good. I will stay at the hotel again when visiting Berlin.

Great staff, i have requested early check in and late checkout and despite busy period, i was offered this to help me. i appreciated the flexibility and help a lot after 18 h flight.

There was a huge line for check-in. It after that. Everything was great. The rooms are small with no refrigerator but very comfortable, super clean. The location is absolutely too—so close to everything. I would highly recommend for. Stay in Berlin. Also it’s super convenient to have the parking just below the hotel.
