The staff answered questions, that was the extent of their help (they appeared glued to their computers). The kitchen closed at 3pm, absolutely nothing to eat until 8 or 8:30pm. No recommendations of eating places with food available. For the price, there are much better accommodations in Pontevedra.

Top hotel in the center of the old town. Very good food in the restaurant and service minded staff. The only thing missing is a garage or private parking. You will have to park in a public garage some distance away, 5-7 mins walking.

It felt old and tired. The front desk was very rude when we checked in. There was no tea or coffee service in the room and after discussions with the kitchen they said we could call for a coffee after 8 a.m. as room service. We did. They delivered nescaffe cappuccinos and charged us €14. Feels like the place is mostly for big events. No outlets by the beds.

The hotel very nice on approach and clean inside. The rooms were well sized, had beds that were comfortable to sleep on after a long day of walking, and the AC was working which we were glad to see. The mini fridge was not working, though, and there was no iron to get clothing ready for dinner.
