Really nice to have the beachfront access and a good pool, but the hotel itself is only ok. Spacious but dated rooms showing a lot of wear and tear, in need of new furniture and bathroom remodel. Breakfast buffet was very good, dinner less so. The dining room is crowded and understaffed. Very limited other dining options within easy walking distance.

This is a good sea front hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, attentive staff who are always happy to help. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great start to the day. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Very clean room, lovely staff, excellent value, fantastic setting. The bus is a let down as it doesn't go frequently enough into town and we missed our connection to Malaga, this affects tourism. Thank you for the wonderful stay

I would not recommend staying at this property. In my experience, it does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. We were initially assigned a room with a strong mold/sewage odor and extreme dampness. The walls and ceiling felt soft to the touch, and the air conditioner was leaking enough water to create a puddle on the floor. We requested a room change immediately but were told the hotel was full. After waiting four hours for a maintenance technician, they agreed the room was unacceptable, and we were finally moved. It took speaking with four different staff members and hours of persistence to resolve the issue. The buffet food was bland, overcooked, and lacked flavor. My sons, who normally eat anything, barely ate during our stay. The shower temperature constantly fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot without warning, creating a potential burn risk, especially for young children. We also found it strange that the pool and surrounding lounge chairs (Including the beach) were closed off with a physical fence around 7:00–8:00 p.m., even though it stayed light until about 9:30 p.m. Overall, the condition of the rooms, poor food quality, safety concerns, and restrictive pool hours made this a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
