It's getting a little tired from a mattress and furniture perspective. Otherwise and why we come back is the service, location, and atmosphere. Just wish it would be updated and refreshed.

Once upon a time, this was a great hotel. It still has excellent staff and service but the rooms desperately needs an upgrade. My husband and I started out together in a double bed (usually not an issue) but the bed was so old and squishy that I spent the night rolling downhill into him and having to climb back up to the edge. Sockets are too old to hold a plug so phones don't charge (no usb charging options). Bathroom has shower curtain and tub with super old fixtures. Furniture is worn and stained. Again, lovely staff and great service - in an excellent location - so if you don't care about a worn out room, this place is just fine.

Room was large and a little bit dated, but very clean. King bed with the best mattress, There was a couch and coffee table at the base of the bed which was very nice. Staff at front desk were very informed of the area and very helpful.

Very nice room. I wish it had a refrigerator. I wish they had a grab and go breakfast area like the hotel across the street but staff and housekeeping was great.
