I don't think I was in the room I reserved, but it was not bad. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a bath and a half, kitchen and living room. Clean, but dark. The lighting needs to be upgraded so that the rooms can be brighter. The flooring is uneven room to room and had to be careful so as not to trip. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable, great location and staff was very helpful!

We stayed in a standard room for 3 nights. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equiped too. I saw comments about the noise surrounding the area few days after I booked, so I decided to send a msg. to the hotel. They said they could try to put us in a room that was located in the back and those rooms don't have noise problem. They seem to have forgotten to take a note of that because our room was extremely noisy it was impossible to sleep. There's a bar beside the hotel and their trash area was located right under our room and they kept on throwing piles of bottles during our first night which was a Saturday up until around 3am on Sunday. We told the receptionist about it on Sunday morning, and he said that that should not be a problem for the rest of our stay because weekend is over. Same thing happened the following nights though. Less throwing of bottles but a lot of door bangings and what sounded like wall and floor bangings as well during the entire night until around 6.30 in the morning both days. My husband and I barely slept during our 3 nights of stay there, so no matter how nice and spacious the room was, I don't think we're ever going back there.

The night club in the second floor kept us awake untill 3 am. We had to leave a night early. Otherwise the hotel is nice, clean and placed greatly in Bergen sentrum.

Our stay here was lovely! Everything was clean and quiet and quite spacious. Our only complaint was the challenging combination of light switches. We had lights coming on in the middle of the night with no one touching the switch! We had a great room with double window but they looked down over the garbage from surrounding businesses. Luke and Ulrick(not sure of spelling), at the front desk, were great! Very helpful and kind! Good men to keep in staff.

Very conveniently located in the centre of town and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are very helpful too.
