I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night due to a late flight and my other hotel reservation falling through. The night receptionist Andrada was so wonderful and kind - she helped me with a room and made sure I got in it for a restful sleep. I can’t thank her enough! in a stressful situation like that, this kind of customer service makes all the difference in the world. The breakfast was really good, very fresh and included lots of fresh products, so you could have a great and fulfilling start to your day. Also I would like to thank the day reception for the possibility of a late checkout, as my flight left late at night. I felt so safe, so well taken care of and would definitely stay here again for the amazing customer service! Also the location is perfect - right near the beach and old town, supermarkets around the corner with excellent connections for any daytrips. So a high recommendation from me 😊🙏

We stayed with family for one night. They were visiting us from UK. We booked a car parking space, but if you have a large car, the bins opposite stop you from negotiating the sharp turn into the garage. Otherwise location was excellent. Hotel was immaculate.

We found this facility had everything we needed. Lovely clean accomodation, with underground parking, central location for the Old Town and proximity to all the best bars and restaurants as well as the Ramblas and Marina. Lady on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great insight and advice on restaurants and bars to try which proved to be perfect. Cafe on ground floor a little souless and amenties there limited but Chill Out on the roof terrace was very lovely adn more than compensated.

The location is amazing however the price does not match the services and quality of a 4 star hotel. Overall its quite nice and practical but dont expect a 4 star hotel.

Nice modern, clean rooms the superior room which we had was large and had all the mod cons, the shower was brilliant. Although the Chill out on the roof had some excellent views, and was very relaxing, the drinks were quite expensive
