They gonna milk your money for every little thing. Charged me 20 usd for plastic hotel band. I was a solo traveller. But originally room was allowed for 2 persons. But they were asking me 50 usd for another friend visit as i didn't mention the name in check in. End up not paying them. No microwave to heat up the food. Shower was ok. At the end end my mistake that i booked last moment whatever available. But if you have other options i suggest try others. Happy holidays! Gracias!

Nice stay overall. The staff were very nice and the place was kept clean. NO NOT DO THE BREAKFAST BUFFETT. It was the worst i've tried in my life and I've tried a lot.

Everything is at walking distance. No need to rent a car. Uber is cheap getting around to restaurants outside of walking limits. Beach is clean and transparant! 🏝️

The entire staff was amazing and very helpful. The only issue we had was the shower not having enough pressure, other than we had no complaints. Again, the staff was amazing.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Cancun. The rooms were dirty, the furniture was old, worn out, and broken, and we found roaches in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable, and it did not match the standards that were advertised. I would not recommend staying here and definitely would not return.
