The staff at the Novotel were very polite, helpful and professional, especially Grace.

Great location, ample parking, central to shopping centre and main roads. On site EV charging was out of order but plenty of others near by. Room was spacious, queen room has plenty of space. Amenities all good. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The only thing I missed was a gym.

Staff were friendly and helpful, only issue was when I went to bed, I noticed some marks on the bedsheets. I did not report it because I had got myself ready for bed and was absolutely exhausted from the day I had so couldn't deal with getting dressed and going to the lobby to speak with someone and possibly switching rooms at that late point of the evening.

Excellent breakfast but expensive if you don’t purchase it with your room. Nice rooms and well appointed.

Reception and bar area is very nice and looks like it was recently upgraded. The rooms are very dated and need the same attention. Car park was big and there were plenty of spaces. Food was good.
