This hotel is conveniently located near Via Argentina metro station and easily accessible from the airport. The area doesn't have much to offer, but the property is nice, clean and comfortable. The rooms have a minimalist decor, but the beds are comfortable and spacious. Customer Service is professional and friendly, but not exceptional. The best part of my stay was the view of the city landscape and the buffet breakfast.

Wonderful Staff, Good Location, but the Hotel Needs Some Love Novotel is very well located, clean, and comfortable overall. However, the property is starting to feel a little dated and could definitely benefit from some renovation and extra attention to bring it back to its full potential. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. They are truly the heart and soul of the property. Everyone I encountered was extremely polite, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and even the chef preparing eggs at the breakfast station. It’s the people who make a hotel experience memorable, and the team here certainly did that for me. With some updates to the property, this hotel could be excellent. Bravo to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!
