Well positioned hotel. Close to Penn Street Station so easy to get train or tube. Far enough away from the noise of Times Square. Rooms small but typical of NY Hotels. Dated but fits in with style/era of this hotel. Staff very helpful, we had an incidence which required hospital, they were so good keeping my room beyond my checkout time next day and not charging any extra.

The rooms are missing basic essentials like a soap dish, and the hotel breakfast is overly simple. Save your money and explore the much better dining options at the shops directly next door.
