Excellent location’ large room and comfortable bed. Convenient if pricey parking across the street. But TV only worked with a chrome cast app we don’t have and “bar” offerings were expensive and undrinkable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the New Haven Hotel. Our room was nice and spacious and I appreciated the counter space in the bathroom. We did have an issue with our bathroom sink faucet - there was only hot water - but they took care of it for us. Stephanie at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant and kind the day we checked out. Will definitely stay here again!

With a 9.2 rating at Hotels.com, our expectations for the property were higher. The room was clean, but that’s the end of the positives. On the negative side, the breakfast was a pantry (anything hot meant reheated), the WiFi was slow, no housekeeping for a 2-night stay, beds were uncomfortable, pillows were terrible. Even the TV was old (no Smart TV, when you can get a 43” smart TV for less than $150. For almost $200/night, we were disappointed.
