Well located in the old town but of course that makes access a little awkward. Once you find it, very close to shops, restaurants. Quiet and with that Monopoli charm. Apartment spotless, spacious, well-equipped, with good furniture and helpful details

This property is perfectly located in the historic part of the city. It is also a short stroll to the beach. Gianni was friendly and helpful and had a great manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Very friendly and helpful property manager (Gianni) with useful suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was about the best spot you could get in the historic center, in a quiet little side street but only a 30 second walk to the only coffee bar that opened before 8am (I enjoy coffee by 7:00-7:30!), and a 2 minute walk (if that) to many restaurants, bars, etc. The shower was a bit tiny and cramped but otherwise the bathroom was roomy and the kitchen was very handy. My room was in a structure with a pleasant rooftop terrace that I enjoyed for sunset and a glass of wine on a couple of evenings! It’s an ideal place to enjoy the region…A 15 minute walk to the train station (where you can take a 4 minute train to Polignano a Marr for a day trip).

Vi elsket å bo her. Midt i hjertet av Monopoli men samtidig veldig stille og ingen forstyrrelser om natten. Er ikke noe luksus suite men ok str på alt. Kun 1 ting jeg skulle ønske var at de kom innom i løpet av uka og vasket kjapt over. Ellers flott plass å være på

La estancia en nenetta fue excelente, la limpieza, ubicación y servicios del hospedaje son increíbles. Está en el centro histórico y muy bueno para vivir monopoli y conseguir de todo a solo unos pasos. Gianni es muy atento y nos ayudó con todo, es un lugar inmejorable para hospedarse en monopoli,
