Pros: The hotel has an impressive and modern foyer, restaurant and some nice cosy seating area. About 10 mins or so drive from the airport. Room with two double beds was spacious and comfortable… slept well. Most rooms face inwards so they are quiet. Nice view from our room looking at green space. Cons: Since we last stayed there 3 years ago they seem to have cut back on things. There is no free mini bar in the room and the amenities provided are more basic. The service and housekeeping seems to have taken a dip too. After a long international flight we checked into the hotel after 1am. I had requested a cot for my baby via hotels.com message and was assured there would be one. Got to the room, no cot. Hassle to request one at that stage and wait for staff to put it up. All while we were really tired and desperate to sleep. Then it turned out the shower was broken so we needed to move rooms. A huge bother to move all our luggage again. It was a really disappointing experience and I had expected better from this hotel. Recommend checking the room is fine before you cart all your luggage there from Reception as the hotel is a rabbit warren of a layout with various corners and ramps to negotiate.
