Great location (steps from Queen St Station). Modern rooms in a lovely refurbished building. Comfortable and clean; well-stocked for longer stays although we were only there a couple of nights. Nice local touches e.g. books on Glasgow. Would happily stay here again.

Front desk check in was super fast and easy. Room was spotless and included very helpful instructions for all kitchen devices. Bed was super comfy and had plenty of device plugs easily accessible. Bathroom was very clean with an excellent, large shower with great heat and pressure. Sofa was really nice and cozy as well. Location was perfect… very close to some great cafes and restaurants. We were sad that we didn’t have time to stay longer.

There are a lot of road closures around the property so driving to drop off luggage etc may not be easy.

Our room was semi clean but the carpet had not been vacuumed at all. There was tons of people's hair on it. When I mentioned this to the manager he stated that the didn't vacuum. The AC was completely out on our floor so we had to leave the windows open. There were several bars below us that dumped large amounts of glass into trash cans hourly all night long. Then the recycling trucks came at 5:30 am every day. I literallbarely got than 3 hours sleep every night it was so incredibly loud. Ot is a shame because it is a central location. I would not recommend if you want to actually get sleep.
