The person responsible for cleaning was polite, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It was extremely small for two people, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The photos did not accurately reflect how tiny and enclosed the room felt. We also did not have access to the back patio that was shown in the listing photos. The fold-up side table was not practical or functional to use. There was no kitchenette in the room, so we had to use the kettle in the shared common area outside. We were also asked to wash our used tea cups in the bathroom sink, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, while the staff member we interacted with was pleasant and helpful, the accommodation did not match our expectations based on the listing, particularly in terms of space, amenities, and access to the advertised areas.

Such a lovely and budget friendly hotel! We got there 3 hours later and I was dumb enough to not realize we had to let them know what time we’d be arriving for check in. Thank god Morena came

Property appears to have undergone minor updates. It is located on a busy street that you can hear everything that goes by. Across a cemetery, it is walking distance to Otrobanda's tourist area and main Cruise port. Upside is that it is close to a local supermarket and has parking via the back alley. Downstairs unit has a wall A/C unit that only covers the bedroom where it is located. Needed a fan to provide air flow in the kitchen-living room area where a small jalousie window can't be fully closed (same goes with the bathroom window). If you are looking for a cost effective place to simply sleep in then this will meet that need. Room is cleaned daily but could definitely use updates.

Staff/ owner very nice and accommodating and helpful. We are so very grateful for his tips and assistance. He even helped us find a nice rental car at an affordable rate, when we struggled over a month to find one ourselves! Descent stay for the price you pay. Space was secure.
