This was a great hotel with very nice and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was amazing. My only gripe was the location but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cute hotel but room cleaning needs improvement. Found dirty used robes hung in our closet. Rather than replacing used towels that were thrown on counter, rehung them.

Our stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali started off a little uncertain, but it quickly turned into a truly wonderful experience. A very special thank you to Rain, the Duty Manager – “Mr. Always Good” :). He was absolutely fantastic. Professional, attentive and genuinely committed to making sure that our family had a great stay. He completely turned our first impression around. Another huge thank you to Sanjaya from housekeeping. He didn’t just keep our rooms incredibly clean – he went the extra mile with thoughtful little details that genuinely brightened our days and made our stay feel special. People like Sanjaya are what you remember after a great holiday. A big shout-out as well to the Rooftop team. Outstanding service throughout our stay – always friendly, welcoming and attentive. We also really enjoyed Jimbaran itself. It felt genuine, relaxed and welcoming, and was a great base for experiencing Bali. What started with a little hesitation ended up becoming a fantastic stay filled with great memories. The biggest reason for that was the people. Great location and family friendly. Lots of pools and activities for kids and families to play together and for parents to relax. Buffet breakfast had many options. Service was very friendly and polite. On my birthday the staff surprised me with happy birthday messages and a cake in my room which was beautiful. Love this place!
