My colleague was followed into the communal toilet in the basement and they try to get at him in the cubicle. Luckily they didn’t get in. Anyone can walk into this hotel and go to any floor.

Location to old town and the lake is good. Walkable area w trams and taxis if needed. Only knock is no shampoo or conditioner so bring your own.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Very good location and short walk from restaurants and shops. Spacious rooms and good service. Good breakfast options.

Like anything in Switzerland was extremely expensive for the room and without parking, room service, or help to take the suitcases to the room. They considered themselves a low budget hotel at U$S 300 a night.

a beautiful building but only two sets of steps into the hotel lobby which with 2 x 20kg cases and 2 x 10kg back packs not the easiest to get up but thankfully they are short. reception staff super helpful and friendly giving us an early check in. nothing was a hassle for them during our stay. disappointed the room had no fridge and no kettle tea/coffee. i asked for 2 cups of hot water from the bar and carried them up to my room. breakfast is very busy and a small area. a lot of items gone by 9am. but everything tasty and fresh. no hot food only cold cuts cheese pastries etc. location is a little bit isolated but there is a tram and train station not far away and the lake is fairly close. the train station can be walked in about 15mins. save yourself the rip off taxi prices and being stuck in traffic and at lights. thank me later.
