The rooms were very clean, they did feel like everything was from ikea. Our main problem was we were on top floor and the room was roasting and the air-conditioning didnt work so we had to spend the night with the window open listening to the sirens and trams all night, which wasn't very conducive for sleep. Thebreakfast was perfectly amenable, however, it was expensive for a continental breakfast.

Very disappointing stay. Found what appeared to be mould on the pillows and raised it with management. The manager replied once regarding my refund request, then completely ignored my follow-up email. Poor room standards and even poorer communication. I expected much better from Motel One.
