The shower was filthy. The room had a damp odor to it. There was also a fight in the middle of the night right outside my room.

I have stayed in some crummy places in my life but this one took the cake. I noticed the “No Smoking Room” sign on the door when I walked in, but was greeted with the poorly covered up smell of smoke in the room. During my usual check for bedbugs in the mattress I noticed that not only was one of the mattresses split open, but there were clearly roaches infesting the bedframe, AND there were cigarette burns in the sheets. The door to the room had a noticeable gap around it and the connecting door wouldn’t latch its bolt. The lamps between the beds didn’t work so there was only the light behind the television to light the room. The bathroom sink had hair in it. The mini fridge leaked water all over the floor from the small freezer compartment. I stayed the night because I checked in at 10pm and had no other choice, but demanded a refund for my second scheduled night and they didn’t even argue which was quite telling. Literally the only “nice” thing I can say about this place is that I don’t think it had bedbugs, fingers crossed on that one. Stay literally anywhere else.

The property was trashy chairs, clothes, trash, poorly lit. All sitting outside. The lobby was in disrepair and locked so you checked in in with the front desk who was behind bulletproof glass. Strong smell of marijuana, people paying cash. In such bad shape we never even went in the room

One word ... roaches. I turned on the lights and they were scattering from my shoes and crawling on the other bed in the room. Not near or at the bottom on the bed, actually on the bed. I had to sleep with the lights on. Trying to get a refund now.
