Everything is old, furnitures, appliances, mattresses Pillows, bedclothes rough and stiffs Nightstands, with just one lamp, old Curtains, everything Staff, was “friendly” Stay was uncomfortable, teens, screaming running an making noise, partying till 3:30 in the morning I didn’t have the chance to see the pool/spa, cos’ it’s only accessible from 5 pm to 9 pm (not sure), so it was not available

The property is old, the bed headboard had a gum from previous guests. The room was really warm but if you open the window it gets too loud. The location is not convenient it is about 20 minutes walking from the downtown. It is not worth the price. The staff was really nice though.

The hotel is perfectly located in front of one of the best restaurants in town and also very close to the lake. The main street (Mitre) has different options of stores, restaurants and everything we may need.

Hotel bem localizado, pertinho da mirtre, mas devido o frio é necessário retornar com carro. Quarto estava limpo, todo dia tem limpeza, eu chegava e o quarto estava sempre arrumado. Tem poucas vagas de carro e eu reservei uma. Indico o quarto 110, tem uma vista parcial para o lago. Equipe da recepção muito boa. Café da manhã básico mas satisfatório. Eu voltaria.
